I’ve just completed level 2 Longevity Training. In the past, I have done Yoga, Pilates, and group classes, and this program has given me strength, and confidence in knowing I'm going to be safe participating in the sports I like to do.

Ive been doing Longevity Training and working with Adir for the last 4 months, and i can really say that im starting to see a huge difference in my Golf game. I dont just see the power in my swing improve, but I feel less fatigued by the end of the round, and the day after, allowing me to recover quicker, and play more often.

I met Adir while playing Pickleball, and since working with him, my game has improved with quicker agility, power, and reaction time. I also feel like I recover quicker from each time I play.
